Empowering Voices | Cool Girl Experience : LA JOURNÉE DE PROMOTION ET D'INVESTISSEMENT

2 years ago, I was on my way home leaving school after class, but fate had other plans for me. One of the teachers at my school Mr. Houssine SOUSSI, whom I was never a student of at that time, stopped me to introduce me to Mr. jack CTORZA; founder and CEO of investment and promotion day event. I was on a rollercoaster of emotions at that time, I remember well, a lot of joy, excitement, braveness but also nervousness. and all that occupied my mind was the desire to be part of this significant event. three days later, I received a call from the administration informing me to prepare myself, as I would be representing both the participating students and ENCG. naturally with exams going on, I had no time to prepare at all :) The big day has arrived, 19 years old girl within a vast convention center, I observed prestigious personalities: business leaders, projects developers, consultants, influential figures as well as directors and executives. inspired and motivated, yet also scared; assured and confident, yet still hesitant. I closed my eyes but I heard someone calling my name, it was time to step onto the stage. I took a deep breath and reminded myself that this is wasn’t my first time, in the front row of the audience I still recall an old gentleman, perhaps one of the investor guests, watching me getting onto the stage with reassuring smile, as if he had complete confidence in my abilities. I remained focused and lost in the moment until the warm applause of the audience brought me back to reality. the first thing I did was search for the elderly gentlemen, eager to see if he approved my speech. and you know what? he was standing and cheering me on. it might seem simple to many of you, but for me given from where I came from and the challenges, I’ve faced it felt like a great achievement, one that filled me with pride. the walk, the confidence, the speech, the reassurance, and the hope I carried within me made it all worth it. Today, as I was browsing through my library, the book from the first edition “les atouts économiques de la region Dakhla-Oued Eddahab” caught my eye. without hesitation, I opened it once more and instantly, it took me back to 2022, flooding my mind with memories and moments from that time. as my fingers gently turned each page, I was reminded once again of the immense effort and dedication that went into creating that book. every detail, every piece of information, had been carefully crafted to serve as a comprehensive guide for investors in dakhla. revisiting those pages, I could see the passion and hard work that made this book a valuable resource, not just for the content but also for the journey it represents.
